Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unwashed, unworn boutique items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are still attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
